Founded in 2007, the Las Palmeras Golf Society
exists to promote golf and good fellowship on the island of Lanzarote. We
play under the rules of golf, as set out by the Royal and Ancient, unless local
course rules or adopted society rules override them. We use the World Handicap
System for the society's handicap management and abide by its rules of
implementation.

The change to the rules of the Society proposed at the AGM or EGM must achieve a majority of 60% of the votes of fully paid-up Members to be enacted.
